Professionals graduated with BSc degree in BCEN from MIT shall be able to demonstrate the understanding of biological and chemical engineering fundamentals; apposite disposition towards science and technology to positively influence others; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; and strong practical bioscience and chemical engineering skills. Moreover, they shall possess interdisciplinary expertise and be able to operate basic and complex instruments and tools in bioscience and chemical engineering. More importantly, they shall be capable of designing economically feasible biological and chemical plants. They shall also be able to teach bioengineering, chemical engineering, and biotechnology in colleges and universities as well as carry out scientific research, and effectively communicate findings.
