On the campus our two libraries, the Main Library and the newly refurbished Mini Library, provide a variety of different working environments. They are perfect study places if you need somewhere quiet to work. They all house IT clusters too, alongside access to the Institute wireless network if you want to work on your laptop. Our growing library expands every year as technology changes and donations from various organizations with whom we have partnerships.
Use the Electronic library
As well as the superfluity books, you've also got a host of electronic resources at your fingertips. Sometimes you will need to work away from the library, so our collection of e-books, journals, softwares and databases are available
online.
Special collections
You can find all your course texts in the library, but it also holds several collections of international significance including a first folio of Shakespeare's plays, national significances including the St. Yared's zema book, psychology books, periodicals and national newspapers.
How the library can support you
MIT librarians'll be happy to help you find what you're after, whether that's special collections or recommended texts. The University is renowned for first-rate academic training and our library is a vital part of this.
