ECE – Program Structure

Course Coding

All courses offered by the Department will have a 3-letter code of “ECE” in upper case followed with a 3-digit number (X0Z). The “X” and “Z” in the 3-digit number represent “Year of Offering”, and “Semester of Offering”, respectively. Year I, II, III, IV, and V courses start with 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, respectively. Courses offered in Semester I carry “odd” numbers, while those offered in Semester II carry “even” numbers (Table 1).
